7 Months Old!

Bryce at 7 months:
-He's eating 7 oz. of Good Start every 4 hours

-Diapers size 2 and clothes mostly size 3-6 months

-Usually turning over a few times a day

-He likes to sleep more than Laney does and is sleepy in the mornings :)

-He is holding small toys very well and loves his phone rattle the most!

-He'll be getting a head shaping helmet soon...

Laney at 7 months:
-She's eating 6 oz. of Alimentum every 4 hours

-Diapers size 1-2 and clothes size NB or 0-3 months

-She is reaching for toys (her favorite is the purple bug on the mirror) and holding very small toys

-She LOVES to talk to you and pretty much talks nonstop at home! We can't wait to find out what she's saying one day! Poor Bryce talks much less often now that he can't get a word in!

-She's still not into tummy time and doesn't try to push up at all. We have exercises we do to try to help her out with that! She loves watching Bryce though...

They're both sleeping very well! They usually go down by 9 or 9:30 and wake up around 6:30!!! They're also good nappers and sleep for about 1 1/2 -2 hours 3 times a day. I think they'll be moving to 2 naps a day soon though.

Bryce in the Exersaucer!

We thought Bryce might be ready so Kevin put the exersaucer together today! He was able to sit up just fine with a blanket in front of him. He was very interested in the toys and looking around the room at this level. I'm sure Laney will be in it soon! Thank you so much Anne & Larry!

Bryce and Laney are both really interested in the mirror lately! Sometimes they even talk to themselves! Here's Bryce sucking his thumb of course!

6 Month Pictures

Here are Bryce and Laney's 6 month pictures. We had to wait 45 minutes past our appointment time so we were amazed that they turned out at all! It was nap time by the time we got started. :)

Watching their first OU game!

Since OU wasn't on TV last week this was their first time cheering for the Sooners!

Bryce loved his OU t-shirt from Aunt Renee!!! He's also getting very good at holding things as you can see with this rattle. He seems to do much better with his left hand than his right!

Our first trip to church!

Bryce and Laney are in the parking lot on the way into church. It was really sunny! We meant to take more pictures put it just never worked out. They did great in the nursery. Laney slept almost the whole time and Bryce played!

Happy 7th Anniversary!

Grandmom and Granddad watched Bryce and Laney for us to have dinner at Pappas Bros. The food was great and we had such a fun night!!! Thanks for the suggestion Steve and Halie!

More funny Bryce faces...

This weekend Bryce has discovered his voice and his tongue! He has lots of new noises and can "talk" back and forth with you. He's also discovered his tongue as you can see in several of the pictures below. He spends quite a bit of time trying to look at it!

This one is my favorite! He's also starting to grab his clothes like he is here.
